Popovers (20.5)
Popovers are so simple, and yet very easy to mess up. It's all about technique. If this is your first time baking them, read the blog in the middle of the recipe. It will help tremendously.
I had 4/6 of my popovers rise perfectly. The other two only came part of the way up, and remained a bit eggy and dense, instead of hollow.
I liked the salt level, and the exterior was perfectly crisp. Unfortunately, though I sprayed excessively, they stuck in the pan.
